We need people to help in the following areas. Or if you have some other area of expertise or connection in the community that we could leverage, please let us know! We need ALL the help we can get.
1. Reunion List Team: The responsibilities will be to maintain the master list of classmates, addresses, emails, etc. You and a team of helpers will be responsible for finding classmates on the MIA list, recruiting Found Classmates to assist in locating MIA classmates, and other general outreach communications. Any takers?
2. Friday Night Event Coordinator: This person make sure Friday night’s cocktail hour(s) goes off without a hitch. Work with the band, the bar, and organize any other ‘activities’ that we want to happen on Friday night (poker anyone??).
3. Saturday HS Tour Coordinator: Thanks to Andrew Makebish for stepping up and getting us in the school.
4. Saturday Picnic Coordinator: We’ve reserved the Rec Park Pavilion from 12 to 3 pm on Saturday, July 25. This person would coordinate activities for this event like softball game, activities for kids, etc.
5. Class Directory Team: Will work with Gene Tomashosky to create a ‘Where are you now’ kind of directory where people can submit personal info that will be published at the end of the reunion. This may encompass people who do and don’t attend the reunion, and should be available in electronic format for those who contribute to it.
